Terms of payment:
Within a week after application please remit the amount of € 50/ € 100.- for ensembles to the organiser’s bank account number IBAN: AT912050303300954678, BIC: SPIHAT22XXX. Not until the fee of € 50 is credited to the organisers bank account your application will be bindingly accepted. Maximum number of participants is 15. In case of cancellation on the part of the participant the application fee won`t be reimbursed.
The course fee in the amount of € 200,-/ € 300 has to be paid not later than 9.07.2013 to the organiser’s bank account number IBAN: AT912050303300954678, BIC: SPIHAT22XXX. The course fee includes the access to concerts of students as well as of lecturers.
In case of cancellation on the part of the participant at or after the 9.07.2013 the course fee cannot be reimbursed for administrative reasons. If the cancellation reaches the organiser till 8.07.2013, the course fee will be refunded.
We explicitly want to point out, that accommodation costs are NOT included in the course fee. For organisational reasons all participants are booked in the Isserwirt. Just participants from district Innsbruck or Innsbruck Land can choose, if they like to stay in Isserwort or arrive day-to-day. Accommodation must be reserved by the participants themselves and has to be paid from the participant at the end of his/her stay. The expected costs are € 399,-- (special price for participants to the summeracademy).
The arrival is on the participants own expense.
General:
The organiser shall not be liable for accidents, burglary and loss. If the course has to be cancelled due to reasons the organiser is accountable for, the paid course fee will be refunded. Additional claims cannot be asserted. The organiser is not liable for ordinary negligence. Agreement on the choice of jurisdiction and of performance shall be the relevant court in Innsbruck, Austria. This agreement shall be governed by Austrian law.
